Driver, General Laborer

Transport deliveries in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with company procedures and applicable state regulations

Operate company dump truck daily, hauling various heavy construction materials; gravel, dirt, fill and boulders to and from construction sites

Work in tandem with loaders and gravel pit operators to fill trucks for deliveries

Load truck by hand or by operating mechanical loader

Maintain a secure strapping loading and unloading system of materials to ensure safety

Maneuver trucks to correct locations for material drops and correctly position loads for best distribution

Verify and track all items on the work order are loaded and delivered timely; submit invoices for processing

Navigate and carefully plan alternative routes using GPS to avoid traffic conditions and mitigate safety concerns
