• Coordinated and managed a team of four collaborators in a short-term-based school project, by creating a uniquely designed GitHub-created website with easily penetrable vulnerabilities in a fun game-like competition, called Capture-the-Flag (CTF).

• Proven success in the creation of simple HTML and JavaScript-based websites that were easily exploited and abused. Challenges completed in a linear progression from easy to advance level.

• Project participants engaged in puzzles, cryptography, reverse engineering techniques, deployment of Python language-coded systems, web application exploits, use of research in MITRE framework and current global threat actors, use of network forensic tools, such as Google and Bing Images, Tin Eye Reverse Imaging systems and Foto Forensics, and data extraction systems, like Burp Suite.

• All tools used to extract, interpret, and manipulate data to determine username and password credentials, names, coordinates, and physical address locations, and different hints to enable privilege escalation and thereby access to internal sites and “imagined” financial data.

• Conclusions showed that to have robust and secure websites, one must have necessary in-depth defense layer security systems in place.

• Collaborated with fifty accountants and IT security managers as a User Acceptance Tester (UAT) for the onboarding of Foundation Building Materials Blackline SaaS software.

• Coordinated and co-led a team of fifteen web developers and collaborators as a User Acceptance Tester & Designer and Deployment Engineer for Jones Lang Lasalle’s PeopleSoft 9.2 payroll software, which led to a successful onboarding of JLL’s own payroll software that was delivered to over 100k satisfied employees.

• Developed and tested end-user processes including debugging username and password credentials, testing the ease of access to employee accounts, confirmation of automation of employee’s pay stubs entering each account, and confirmation of development of regional payroll accounts.

• Regional payroll accounts were enabled with secure transfer systems to prevent fraud and transfer financial data safely and efficiently.

• Analyzed, assessed, and mitigated all incident response reports and any security breaches during the beta and go-live deployment.

• Implemented and documented a step-by-step process of the front-end user environment for future training purposes.
