Objective: To obtain employment in the HVACR industry and continue to grow both personally and professionally.

Experience: A combined 32 years working in various capacities in the industry. As an operating engineer I have 27 years operating and servicing steam turbine and electric drive chillers ranging in tonnage from 150 thru 7,000. My work experience includes maintaining and repairing forced and induced draft cooling towers. Dedicated a combined 5 years to commercial air-conditioning, packaged and split. All facets of installation, repair, compressor replacement implementing the proper recovery methods as per the EPA-608 refrigerant handling mandate.

My heating experience would include servicing and installing gas fired forced hot air, gas fired hydronic systems and #2 oil burner experience as well. Steam station experience includes replacing OS&Y valves, servicing trap rigs and condensate pump repair/replacement.

Electrical experience includes working on 115/208/230/460/480 volt systems. Control wiring with 24 volt pilot circuits were also a part of my electrical experience. Single and three phase voltages.

Piping will include soft soldering as well as high temperature brazing, working with threaded black pipe and PVC where permissible.

As a small business owner(JM Maintenance Services) was able to achieve certifications through Fujitsu, Mitsubishi VRV, Carrier and Thermo-King truck/trailer diesel powered as well as electric drive refrigerating equipment. Manitowoc and KoldDraft ice machine certified.

A total of 5 years working in a critical environment with Liebert air/water cooled units with humidification ability. Switchgear and UPS/generator knowledge to be included with critical systems.

Although seldom used today I possess experience with pneumatic controls and controlled devices.
