A STUDY ON ABSENTEEISM AMONG THE EMPLOYEES

The survey is done in E.I.D. Parry’s India Limited which mainly focused on several key aspects of absenteeism of employees including satisfaction of jobs, health and safety measures, personal problems, and workload. Primary and secondary data was collected by questionnaire & books, journal respectively. Overall the survey concluded that a positive absenteeism among the employees is essential for a productive and engaged workforce.

Schangaya Motors, Cuddalore. (March 2022- April 2022) During my intern, I gained a valuable experience of working in the automobile company. They do offers sales, service, repairs and maintenance. Well trained advisor are assigned individual service for providing good customer satisfaction.

E.I.D Parry’s India limited, Nellikuppam. (Sep 2022- Nov 2022) Worked as an intern in the HR department, supporting the team in various activities including process, distillery, cane office, refinery, human resources, finance, system and research department.
