A supervisor & trainer of a telemarketing and recruiting department for a visiting doctor and homecare service, with one hundred clients on average per month. I also set up lead sheets with the patient's information that the medical provider needs to help in setting up care that the patient needs.

1.Gill Industries, Inc. – Quality audit & GP-12 inspection of automotive parts, then prepare them for shipment. Assembly of auto parts for an automotive parts supplier such as Seat Brackets for Ford F-150 trucks, & risers and lower seat cushions for Chrysler Stow-N- Go Seating.

2.C.M.E. - Mitsuba in the Re-pack area setting up parts in different bins to send out to the assembly areas and on the Starter (sm7) assembly line for Honda Motors.

3.Magna Mirrors, in Newaygo, MI making rearview mirrors for Honda Motors, and GM.

Salvage, Teardown & Recycle / 5-S - Teardown of plastic automotive parts from the production area; both blow - mold and injection – mold application, in which is parts are salvaged such as the air filter cartridges, mass air flow sensors, rubber grommets, windshield washer solvent pumps & hoses, fluid level sensors, clip nuts, etc. I then take the injection mold plastic scrap & regrind the material into Gaylord bins, & then have it sent out to be re-filtered & recycled back to pellet form. The blow mold plastic is reground at the press area & reused for new parts.

Trimming plastic edges of cabinet liners for both top-mount & side-by-side refrigerators, checking for flaws, thin spots, dirt specks, & burnt plastic in with the form.

Trimming and inspecting of cabinet liners for installation into refrigerator bodies, for further assembly down the line.

Assembly of refrigerator cabinets, from sealing cabinets for foam insulation, installing necessary clips, grommets, tubes & wiring, racks, & crisper bins, and other things.

Transfer - Hanging of doors & small parts of refrigerators.

Trimming of plastic from door panels & cabinet liners (also with L-shear press), checking both pre-trim & post, for flaws, damage, vent holes, & dirt specks. Also, I helped with hanging refrigerator doors that are painted & baking process. Also restocking is involved & sending finished doors for usage by another plant for their assembly process.

Visiting Doctor Service - Telemarketing department

I ran the recruiting / telemarketing department & trained other associates in the diverse ways of telemarketing to clients and advertise our services of visiting doctor services.

This included pre-screening of current ailments to see what services we could offer them, then setting them an appointment to be seen by a medical social worker. Then, we can help schedule what they need to see them in their home - a doctor, a nurse, a certified nurse’s assistant, or a physical therapist. We also held community meetings to promote our services and sign-up for new clients.

Telemarketing supervisor in Edmore & Mt. Pleasant offices with an average of one hundred new clients per month. We pre-screened clients with aiding them with home healthcare, physical therapy, and special needs.

I trained other personnel to recruit new clients with the technique that I improved upon to make both associate & client feel more comfortable on the phone & aid the client to get the home care that need.

3)

I help implement our service with outside marketing to seniors’ centers, adult care facilities, & other health care facilities to help patients with home healthcare that they could use.
