Download employee's timecards from various timekeeping programs. All hours are either manually entered or upload into PAYCOM. Complete onboarding by reviewing all required documents from new hires were done accurately and I follow up by processing E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.

Maintain employee records, by ensuring all employees contact information, job titles, salaries, and tax withholdings information is all up to date. Investigate and resolve any payroll issues that may include incorrect pay, missing hours, or issues with tax deductions.

Generate reports detailing payroll expenses including wages, benefits, taxes, overtime, PTO, and company total amount. The reports are emailed out to each company every week after the completion of payroll.
