Engineered, delivered, and supported Enterprise LDAP, Active Directory Server, Azure Active Directory, and Privileged Account Management services. All services are globally consumed and designed to address business goals and operational availability requirements. Directed a staff of 30-35 individuals across multiple enterprise teams and geographical locations.

Managed annual spending plans and budgets (>$1MM annually) for multiple services.

Supported 700K+ accounts and 300k+ identities as the product and service owner for the Global PepsiCo LDAP (Active Directory, Oracle ODSEE & OUD, privileged access management (CyberArk), and Azure Active Directory) solutions.

Spearheaded a multi-year cloud transformation journey (2020 – 2023) operationalizing the required technology foundations in a hybrid multi-cloud environment.

Implemented a multi-year migration from Oracle ODSEE to OUD to provide PepsiCo with a more secure and supportable enterprise LDAP solution.

Drove the transformation of the PepsiCo PAM solution to increase the adoption of a privileged account management solution. The service supports 113K+ current accounts with a growth rate of approximately 2K accounts annually.
