● Set up and manage the HR function for the US and Canada entities of Quantiphi as the HRBP leader for North America, designing and implementing policies, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, employee relations and immigration.

● Manage a team of 4 employees, spread across the US, Canada and India – these teams support Onboarding and Induction, employee care, benefits, HR operations. They support in the implementation of the various policies and processes including the implementation of performance review cycles twice a year, inter entity movements from an immigration perspective and HR operations

● Work with Global Mobility team on movement to the US and Canada and related immigration requirements with external immigration attorneys

● Work with the legal team and the external attorneys to take care of all employment legal matters

● Manage the biannual performance management for the groups in US and Canada.

● Manage annual compensation increases and compensation at the time of transfers into the Canadian and US entities of Quantiphi
