• Conducted on-boarding and recurring training for Environmental Services and Food Service departments, over 200 people.
• Helped drive unparalleled success on nationally administered hospital patient survey, earning scores in the 95th to 99th percentile for six (6) consecutive years.
• Conducted 360O training program: on-boarding, initial skills training, periodic and recurring training,, annual recertification, and corrective performance improvement.
