S.A.F.E. Management is currently seeking part-time and full-time Security Officers for our 24/7 security operation at the Camden Yards Sports Complex and MD Live! Casino. Candidates must be enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic individuals who are seeking to work in a fun, team-oriented, fast- paced environment.

Security Officer duties include but are not limited to conducting foot patrols in interior and exterior environments to protect against theft, vandalism, and unwarranted entry. Check-in and security screening of employees, visitors, and guests for access into the facilities. Monitor camera systems and radio traffic to be able to respond and report incidents. Specific job duties may vary depending on the exact location and shift.

Starting hourly rate of $19.00 per hour

All candidates must possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and present a professional image. Must be 21 years of age, hold H.S. Diploma/GED, and pass a criminal background check, have, or obtain a Maryland Unarmed Security License (Guard Card).

Security officers are needed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shifts are broken down by morning shift (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM), afternoon shift (2:45 PM

– 11:15 PM), overnight shift (10:45 PM – 7:15 AM). Shifts are 8.5 hours with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. If hired, a set schedule will be determined. Due to the nature of our business and the demands of the position, below is a list of tasks that may be required of you: adhere to all uniform standards and rules of conduct, maintain a working knowledge of standard operating policies and procedures, stand for long periods of time, walk up and downstairs, work outside in all elements, (depending on your position). Hours may vary and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
