• Spent my last year with Chase in leading a group of contracted associates in analyzing and documenting program flows and processes of existing major Chase legacy COBOL and Assembler programs with a goal of converting/migrating/re-writing for SOA environments (Cloud/server) and modern computer languages such as Java and C++.
• Utilized both AGILE and WATERFALL project management methods.
• Led development, coding, testing, and documentation of upgrading mainframe applications from version 4 (and earlier) to version 5 of IBM COBOL empowering vendor commitment to computer languages’ SOA performance and support for both in-house and purchased software applications.
• Successfully concluded mainframe conversion of FTP to secure sFTP for over one hundred applications as part of a global security initiative to prevent fraud and add state-of-the-art cryptographic advances to the local, national, and international movement of financial and other data .

• Designed and developed Enterprise Float Service 2007, a patent-pending solution for float routing using MQ and SOA mainframe technology yielding immediate access to overnight float funds from deposits estimating up to a billion dollars annually.
• Led dataset and SAR (CA-View) disk cleanup, slashing DASD storage costs by over $200,000.00.
• Trained employee groups in Assembler and Easytrieve coding saving thousands of dollars in recruiting and new-hire expense.
