Storm and Domestic Waste System, Steam/Hot Water Heat Exchangers, Plate and Frame Exchangers,

Rigging and installation of 4-Marley Cooling Towers. Commissioning of Equipment and Punch lists.

3-New York Columbia Presbyterian Hospital (Nov.2014) As a Project Manager managed a 16-million-dollar Project (Existing Building) NYC

General Contractor-Turner Construction

A-The installation two economizers (100% X-Ray Built in Place) two steam turbines on two existing 150# High Pressure Steam Boilers.

B-Removal of the Existing #6 fuel oil system and replaced it with a #2 oil system for all four boilers.

C-Removed refurbish and replace 4 existing fuel oil storage tanks (16000 gallons each)

D-Replacement of existing high pressure steam valves (30) 16”and down

4-Hamilton Ave Transfer Station (Feb-2012) As a Project Manager managed a 5 Million Dollar Project

Prime contractor for the Department of Sanitation for the City of New York

(New Construction)

A-Installation of stainless steel spiral ductwork exhaust system (60” down).

B-28 inline exhaust fans with starters and disconnects (all stainless steel)

C-8 Air Handlers with DX coils and associated refrigeration piping.
