My name is Emma Buchanan but I usually go by middle name, Rae, I'm 17 (DOB: November 3, 2006. I'm just looking for a job so I can help my family out and to have a family/community I can be apart of. I enjoy doing anything that is hands on or that helps pushes me out of my comfort zone. I love meeting and talking to all types of people and just being able to make their day with a meal or a simple greeting because you never know what's actually going on in their life. Kindness is key, I believe.

I watch 2-3 year old kids, while their parents are in service, teaching them about God and The Bible. If any accidents were to occur such as a kid getting hurt or allergic reactions especially major emergencies I report it to my bosses, Brittany Culp and Katelyn Vaught and the parent(s). Also if the parent(s) have any concerns regarding their child, the classroom, or even registration I help them to fix the problem with the best of my abilities.

• Jrotc/ Community Service During Home Games, Conway High School Football Field. At the Home Games, I usually do parking duty which last from 4:30 - 6:15 p.m and clean up duty which is from 9:30 to about 10:00 p.m. And that game me over 100 community service hours
• Teacher Cadet Program. I'm in a class called "Introduction to Education" and I get community service hours by going to one of the schools in Conway, observing/interning with one of the teachers. And learning the atmosphere of a classroom and how to run one and keep it organized. Which is two days out of the school week for two hours (1st and 2nd period.)
