Supported E2E flow covering four large greenfield programs from Warehousing, Pharma Portals, Rebate Engine, and Revenue Management. Developed and standardized processes and artifacts across all teams.
Managed the Daugherty Solutioning and Delivery teams and owned all upstream backlog of features.
