ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• TIG Commercial Real Estate – Project reorganization for an out of state development firm with projects in distress. Consulting and market penetration strategies for Clients.

· C F Jordan Const. - Initiated a divisional Teamwork Program and presented over $100M in bid opportunities in six months. Developed deep relationships with A&E firms.

· McJunkin Investments - Provided market intelligence and recon for CRE opportunities, review and financial reporting for investors, lenders and financial partners and managed the Family Trust.

· Koyote Ranch LLC - Responsible for design and construction of the resort. General Partner functions, including development of accounting policy, procedure and management controls, cash management, strategic planning, marketing and business development, capital and operational budgeting for resort and roadhouse, financial projections, and investor valuations. Managed the sale of the asset.

· DalMac Companies - Operated as Partner in Charge for an 88 ac. office development at the NEC of Campbell Rd. and US 75 in Richardson, called Greenway. Upon final build out the property contained two million square feet of office and a luxury hotel. Opened divisional offices in Austin and Houston and increased overall revenue by $200M

(1995 $’s) in five years.

• DalMac Ranch, Palo Pinto Co. - Supervised ranch operations. Constructed a compound area for corporate retreats capable of sleeping 36 individuals.
