Affiliated Monitoring Nesting Training Specialist -Union, NJ– July 2021 to Current

Monitoring alarms (Fire, birds, panic, critical calls, medical etc.) and calling the customers to make sure that they were safe, and no false alarms were being given.

Training new hires on the guidelines and procedures to do the job accordingly and accurately.
