HouseMaster Home Inspections November 5, 2005 to Present Home / Commercial Inspector

• Provided 6015 detailed reports on home and commercial building inspections in accordance to CREIA and state standards. Obtained CREIA CCI certified status October 2004. Technical scripting has been developed over the past 10 years to automate starting new inspections.

Friden / Friden Alcatel / Neopost March 1979 to Nov 4, 2005 Technician / Integration Engineer / QC Support

• Designed custom equipment for the testing and troubleshooting microprocessor-based shipping systems (Intel 4001 / 4004 and Intel embedded systems). Designed and wrote code to integrate PC based shipping systems to customer databases (Oracle, Sybase etc.)

• Provided custom software for R&D Quality control and system testing for carrier certification. Designed and wrote Install Shield installation CDs for shipping system distribution. United States Air Force April 7 1975 to April 6 1979 Radio Relay Technician 304X0

• Assigned to the 3rd Combat Communications Group (CCG) after passing a bypass test for Radio Relay Technician school in Biloxi MS during USAF basic training in San Antonio TX.

• Provided continued maintenance of mobile Troposphere Scatter radio communication systems. When deployed, a radio van, a multiplex van, a power van and 2 60’ microwave dishes had to be assembled. Dishes were connected via a 4” copper coax tubing or 12” wave guide.

• Maintenance involved repair of sophisticated radio receivers / transmitters / multiplexers / modulators (Deviators) / power supplys, low voltage and high voltage (40 KV). Wiring harnesses connecting equipment needed periodic repair. The award from the Air Force that I received was for the design of power cables and the connectors I specified to connect the radio van, the Power van and the Multiplex van to the commercial power when the equipment was on base. • Diagnosed a defective 20 cycle, 90-volt ring generator card used in the telephone multiplex van. A design for a circuit board and layout for manufacture and sent to a USAF engineering firm in Sacramento for manufacture. 1965 Pontiac Bonneville Restoration

• After purchasing this car from the original owner, a never-ending project of installing Factory options installed in a Factory

/Professional reliable manner was started. Over 30 new items of equipment have been installed to this date. All wiring has been performed with wires that are color coded in the manner of the original Factory design (Colored wire with different colored stripes). Connections were made with the use of GM’’s Packard Electric 56 style connectors and housings. “Under the Hood” wiring that was added is all connected with Packard Electric Weather pack connectors. Packard “Weather Pack” are connectors that provide moisture / oil and dirt protection.

• Passion for reliability and professionalism is what goes into the design and construction of all wiring in this vehicle.

• Some of the equipment now installed includes the following: Kelsey Hayes Anti-Lock Brake System. GM Solid State Auto Headlight Dimming. GM Electric Auto level control. Delco AM / FM Stereo Radio. Power Front, Single Piston / Floating Caliper / Disc Brakes. Fiber Optic Rear Lighting Monitoring System. Electric Fuel Pump. Factory Air Conditioning.
