Major Emergency Exercise Planner:
Planned, developed, and successfully executed a Major Community Evacuation Exercise involving over 500 residents from the Petroleum Company of Trinidad & Tobago Ltd (PETROTRIN) Refinery fence-line community of Marabella.
Planned, developed and executed Major Incident Response Drills for PETROTRIN Refinery including their largest ever Drill which simulated a Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) release that resulted in a simulated Unconfined Vapor Cloud Explosion
(UVCE), and Mass Casualty Incident.

Led and participated as a member of several Fire Investigation Teams involving Industrial, Commercial and Domestic type structures. Fire Service Instructor / Trainer
