• Serving as the primary POC for all operations of/on property

• Managed entire construction process/team for complete renovation of the hotel and restaurant. Performed hotel renovations from 2020-2021 and restaurant 2021-2023

• Serving as contract support to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), directly for the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP)

• Manage weekly deployments of operations and sustainment for enhancements and bug fixes associated with apps within the SCIP Portal

• Primary point of contact and lead for larger projects integrated into and/or behind the SCIP portal which currently houses numerous communities, apps, programs, reports, metrics, etc. tied to all the Military Departments (MILDEPS) and other Government agencies including the State Department and NATO

• Work closely with SCIP users including the International Customer User Group (ICUG) and Foreign Procurement Group (FPG)

• Main project management POC for counterparts at AFSAC, NAVSUP WSS, and the NAVSUP JCP

• Lead Information Owner (IO) for Security Cooperation Management Community (SCMS), Country Program Director (CPD), Country Financial Director (CFD), within SCIP. • Serving as NAVFAC’s Lead Program Analyst/Manager for the centrally managed program (CMP) supporting DLA Energy Sustainment and Restoration (SRM) projects across the USA and International Navy/Marine Corp Installations

• The Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) program has grown from $150 Mil annually to over $300 Mil since taking over PM role in FY 16; Total NAVFAC Full Time Employees (FTEs) increased from 22 to 34

• Led process team composed of NAVFAC/DLA/NAVSUP personnel to institute programs Memorandum of Understanding

(MOU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for streamlining funds acceptance, program execution, and defining roles and responsibilities. Documents have drastically improved program moral while enhancing relationships across supported commands.

• Oversee/supervise three supporting PA’s at the echelon III’s- LANT, PAC, and EXWC

• Program’s lead for process mapping, Acquisition FIAR/FAR adherence, and program improvements

• Lead for annual contractor invoicing capture and reporting to client (DLA) and end user (NAVSUP)

• Primary POC for all program IT applications and systems. Streamlined use of current applications, instituting use of a SharePoint Groove Space (G2) for document routing and eTracker application for funds receipt/acceptance.

• CI Lead for financial systems transition from FIS and STARS to SABRS/CFMS chaired by NAVFAC HQ CIO

• CI HQ Lead POC for Single Budget Office (BSO) merger with CNIC set for first quarter of FY 19 Regional Program Manager, Area Regional Engineers Office NAVFAC WASHINGTON, Washington Navy Yard - 07/2015 to 10/2015, 40 hrs weekly

• Planning and Services (FP/FX) Regional Program Manager for the Washington AOR, clients including – Area Regional Engineers Core, USNA, Bethesda, JBAB, Patuxent River, South Potomac, and Washington Navy Yard
