Duties & Responsibilities:

Act as the assistant technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.

Overall responsible for the Store of a Construction project including a general store, accessories, raw materials, etc.

Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork and maintaining optimal workflow.

Work with senior Project Engineer to manage high-rise and Fair-face buildings. Carry out quality assurance tests to discover errors and optimize usability.

Solving technical problems with the organization's representatives, providers, sub- contractors and relevant authorities.

Monitoring the quality as per standards, procedures, plans and programs. Planning and preparing technical drawings and construction layouts.

Supervised all types of civil works, construction works, and finishing works of buildings. Preparation of Requisition of materials, cost estimate and preparing invoices against executed works and checking thereof.

Conducting inspections and checks of work on sites. Quality control, cost control and time control.
