3. Assist in implementing methods to understand and resolve quality issues for conforming and non-conforming products.

4. Take part in maintaining quality system, policies, and procedures as per QC specification and data.

5. For standard inspection process use tools like gauges, micrometer, caliper. Also maintain tools for regular calibration as per database to avoid out of tolerance of tools. 6. Inspection and help with packing and pelletizing as per company standards. Also participate in production operation.

7. Make all the reports and updates of QC data on the computer with Microsoft Word, Excel and ERP system..s
