PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT – Louisiana and Colorado 2020 – 2003

§ Historical 1920’s purchase/resell. Oversaw a historical structure down to studs and extended footprint by 1,500 sqft. Project Management duties included designing and executing the finished project along with managing on premise labor, trades, deliveries, and budgets. Sold at a Profit in 2022.

§ Colorado Ski condo. Having taken ownership, redesigned and executed a complete overhaul of a base of mountain ski property. Took a 1997 property and brought up to 2020’s standards. Major improvements resulted in increased rental rates, increased rentals, and improved customer satisfaction.

Senior Pipeline Right of Way Agent

§ Successfully negotiated a project critical 40-million-dollar acquisition for my client from Occidental Petroleum, proving a project advantage for the proposed budget, timeline, and overall project constructability.

§ Acquisition and full construction support of 129 properties in the Houston area for a 50-mile Enterprise Products’ pipeline.
