- made reels of copper wire for cables and other companies, restocked wire that is feed into machine onto a empty reel, once full had to take reel out of machine enter gm weight and length of footage into system, put new empty reel into machine,make sure it was hooked up right started machine, if a home run happens i had to refeed it throw the machine reset up the whole machine and start over, also if the reels out of the floor that was feed into the machine was getting low i had to stop machine cut reel wires off get a new reel from stock area put into place entree it into the system ( some orders you had to weld the wires together to start a new reel and some you had to twist together the wire) reel after full weighed anywhere from 500lbs to 1200lbs that I would push reel to area it needed to be in.
