Self-employed with a cottage business that grew to become a wholesale ceramic manufacturing business selling finished product throughout Arizona Dental

Expanded duties chairside assistant in private practices, and front office coordinator responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and insurance claims

Dental Technician with the US Navy Reserve for eight years Printing

Copy, bindery, and desktop publishing with local branches of Sir Speedy and Alphagraphics

Desktop publishing, layout, and pre-press for in-house and outsourced printing; managed the in-house print shop for Central Christian Church beginning in January of 1998.

As Central grew to require a department to handle the marketing and design/printing needs, I became the person who took the designers’ artwork and adapted it to the printed materials needed (from tickets to building-sized banners), and became the liaison to outsourced printers, binderies, and mailing houses. I retired from Central in January of 2013. After having basically three careers, I currently do as-needed proofing and editing for a couple of authors, deliver vehicles for Henry Brown GMC, maintain my Etsy shop, coordinate craft supplies sales, and sell my creations in local craft fairs.

About Me

My passions are animals, learning new things, helping people, being creative.

I am an avid reader and regenerate by reading and being creative.

I’m over 65, have been married to the same man for 43 years, and we share our home with nine rescue cats.

I like to stay active and my goal is to attempt another Tough Mudder before I turn 70.

I try to treat people the way I would like to be treated and understand that life isn’t always fair. However, it’s my responses to what comes my way that demonstrate who I really am. References
