Accessioning Department,in this department I Aliquot Urine that comes from different Companies,Prison,and Federal Departments.Once the workers in the warehouse opens the items/ Samples that come off DHL OR UPS Trucks and places them in buckets by labels,such as BOPS,COUSCOUS,EPASS ETC.Then we the Accessioning Department get a bucket of 70 Samples and begin Aliquoting.To start Aliquoting we open a bag of samples,check the numbers on chain and urine bottles to make sure there a match.Then Begin Scanning the Chain then Urine Bottle or Bottles.Barcodes will come out barcode scanner which we will be placed one on Chains, Bottles and Tub.We will then pour some urine in the tub and place the tub in a screening Department tray.Each worker has to do a batch of 70.
