Responsible for leading the Receiving department, which is responsible for all inbound processes, serving 4 major accounts, including one that makes up about 68% of the overall workflow in the TN2 Memphis, TN location. VML was responsible for making household brands such as X-14 tile cleaner, 2000 Flushes tablets, Shower cleaner, fabric refresheners, and shampoo, located on President’s Island, in Memphis, TN.

Production Supervisor 2000-2004

Responsible for leading all production lines in the plant, ensuring all production goals were met daily, managed staffing, labor cost, and efficiency for up to 5 production lines. Created schedule according to forecast, planned, and revised accordingly. Conducted safety meeting weekly to ensure all associates are familiar with hazardous raw materials such as sulfuric acid, ammonia, sodium bicarb, etc. First aid trained and certified. Led and managed annual physical inventory process in the plant and partnered with plant director afterwards for summarization.

Materials Monitor – 1998-2000

Responsible for setting up all production lines in the plant including raw materials and machinery needed. Created BOL for production runs and calculated spoilage at the end. Used forklift to transport products and finished goods through warehouse to designated areas. Worked with production supervisor in assigning workflow daily according to forecast.
