This project was a Joint Venture between the above companies to construct a multi-billion dollar “Gas Refinery” in the city of “Kangan”, south of Iran. Job Description:
As this was a multi-discipline project, I coordinated between all the constructors working within the battery limit.
Acted as a liaison between the contractors and the design team for resolution of technical issues. Also pursued the final clarifications on “AFC” drawings.

Project: Construction of infrastructure for Flood Control System in Pars Energy & Economic Zone
This project involved the construction of 15 Kilometer of large reinforced concrete canals to divert the flood to the Persian Gulf. This was a 29.5-million- dollar project with close to 350 people involved in the construction of the project. Job Description:
Personally, was involved in every aspect of project from mobilization, construction to demobilization.
Hired site manager, the department managers, and sub-contractors.
Regularly had site visits, conducted internal problem solving meetings as well as meetings with the clients and the supervision team.
Did the budgeting and tracked all aspects of finances, the cash flow to and from the project. Also responsible for all business communications.
