main activities:

- Design and develop the BioNoMo website.

- Configure the main server node and connect it to the peripheral databases for the creation of the federated database network that will constitute the core of BioNoMo.

- Ensure proper functioning of the federated database infrastructure in terms of connection to the nodes and provision/download of data. Deploy a cache system on the main server for better efficiency in data searching

The following activities have been carried out:

- Installation and configuration of the BioCase Provider Software on a development environment; database mapping on the peripheral nodes.

- Development of a lightweight harvester that fetches the data from BioCase Provider Software.
