Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer

Facilitate Program Increment Planning, the ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums with five scrum teams, Coach/RTE connect weekly and Stakeholder review pre-release.

Collaborate with other Trains and Stakeholders to ensure program alignment and prompt product delivery. Same with the product team for clear business needs.

Facilitate System Demo and Inspect and Adapt session post Program Increment.

Monitor Releases, ensure releases are well coordinated and post calendar events are properly overseen.
