Objectives
Upon leaving the kitchen I am very excited to start my new independent route towards my career not only as an Artist but as an Entrepreneur. I plan on getting as much knowledge from the books I read and people that I partner with in the independent business such as investing in stocks, in housing or business properties, and or currency exchange to trade, buy, sell and or rent. I will work on over achieving my daily objectives to reach my long term goals as far as being my own asset. ● The ending of my shift was makings sure all things on the list of to do’s where complete and work area was cleaned.

● As Lead in stewarding I put the order of pallets of food in specific spots for proper preparing until all pallets were clear of food on days the food order arrived.
● My job also consisted of making sure the front and back kitchens where clean throughout the day, including washing dishes.
● The main part of my job was preparing the food when ready to be cooked.
● We also prepared numerous amounts of food including pastries for banquets we catered to which ranged from 600 to 1400 people at a time.

● As line cook at Panera I cut freshly baked bread every morning after counting the inventory of what bread’s were needed .
● Filled the line up with all food products and other items such as plate bowls cups and so on for salads and or soups.
● Fresh cookies were baked if we ever ran out of any and fresh coffee was brewed every 2 hours .
