I have an Associate’s Degree in science. I was a x-ray tech for 13 years. I had to stop working because of physical problems. My physical problems are a lot better now. Not only did I take care of the patient by taking their x-ray but I had to help them understand what I was doing and, how we were going to do that. I was lead tech and had to look over several employees and also clinical instructor. I tought the students. I also x-rayed the patients by explaining to them what I was doing and, how we were going to do that. Then I had to enter their data into a program. I also scheduled patients here and there. I would call patients to explain medical procedures for there next appointment and I did quality control for all the other techs.
