The Inventory Associate is responsible for physically counting inventory with inventory counting equipment for retail clients across various locations and accurately entering information into WIS equipment. The Inventory Associate - Traditional Division embodies the company SPIRIT values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork, customer obsession, and makes safety and security a personal mission. Essential Responsibilities:

o Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked o Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation

o Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise

o Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness o Leads by example and demonstrates the core SPIRIT values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times Required Qualifications & Skills:

o Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

o Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferred o Prior teamwork experience in an inventory and/or retail setting preferred Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car.
