Lead Carpenter, Read and Interpret architectural drawings, establish axis lines and bench marks. Build coffered, hard or acoustic ceilings, and soffits. Frame walls with metal studs, hang sheetrock, Durock, Shaft board, waterproof bathrooms, Tile and Tape(spackle/plaster) Caulking and Paint. Install Windows, Flooring, cut risers and treads for stairs, attach spindles, cut mouldings, casing and trim. Install pre-fabricated closet door frames, hollow metal door frames, pocket doors mortise doors for hinges, locks and it’s hardware. Install kitchen appliances and it’s cabinets, tankless toilets, sinks and shower pans.

Bear Construction, New York 2011- 2015

Lead Carpenter/read and blueprints and build from it. Frame hard, acoustic and coffered ceilings.

Install raised paneling and soffits. Lay sub-flooring and flooring, erect 2hour fire rated walls, and sound proof walls, install hollow metal door jambs, pocket doors, mortise doors for hardware, taping/plaster, tile, caulking, painting. Measure and cut mouldings base and trim. Assemble furniture, installing kitchen cabinets and bathroom plumbing fixtures.

Supervision of carpenters, coordinating with other tradesmen for smooth daily operations.

ACE Construction, New York 2007 – 2011

Carpenter/ working from bench marks and axis lines establishing where rooms; building it’s ceilings and walls. Install door frames and it’s doors. Build soffits, frame space for windows and install windows. Measure and cut trim and mouldings. Tile, caulking and painting.
