began my professional journey as a cashier, earning $9.50 per hour. This position

required me to interact with customers, handle cash, and understand social issues. Before

graduating high school, was promoted to assistant manager, with a pay raise to $11.50

per hour. This new role entailed managing a team, handling cash, opening and closing the

store, and supervising junior employees while continuing to work with customers.
