Experienced in the design process from conceptual to production. Proactive in system and structural weight op- timization trade studies for low cost/low risk/low weight designs. Implemented design to cost and LEAN objective methodology in all design and development program phases. Utilized CATIA in the analysis of part and assembly mass properties . Developed weight accounting system to track part, assembly and systems mass properties in accordance with the requirements of Mil-Std 1374. Submitted monthly weight stauts reports to management and customer as contractually required. Provide clear concise reporting on design weight drivers. Worked closely with IPTs and associate contractors developing target and specification mass properties, respec- tively. Initiated subcontractor weight control and weight reporting requirements.. Developed and performed fuel calibration tests on aircraft. Proficient in both PC and Mac based operating systems to include Microsoft Office.
