Experienced in the design process from conceptual to production. Proactive in system and structural weight op- timization trade studies for low cost/low risk/low weight designs. Implemented design to cost and LEAN objective methodology in all design and development program phases. Utilized CATIA in the analysis of part and assembly mass properties . Developed weight accounting system to track part, assembly and systems mass properties in accordance with the requirements of Mil-Std 1374.
