Working in SOBHA LIMITED in construction of residential Senior Site Engineer from Jully 2021 to Till date.

Project Handle:

Project title : (2B+G+18) Sobha Royal Pavilion high raised apartments in 1284 units 18 Tower 24 Acres. ( I taking care of 2 tower, 1 tower handover to customer 80 units, another tower under construction )

Location : Sarjapur Road Chikkakannlli in Bangalore. Duties and Responsibilities:

Execution of all construction activities of Building along with Finishing Items, preparation of estimates, taking measurements, Contractor Bill Certification and familiarity with external/ internal plumbing, Electrical & sanitary systems etc.

Executing the works by using a detailed checklist to ensure the right job and to avoid the reworks.

Execute the concrete works with right resources with pre planning schedule.

Regular meetings with the client and client representatives to discuss project progress etc.,

Preparing work schedules and monitoring the progress, supervision of works, preparing daily/ weekly progress report.

Prepare necessary R.A. bills, cash bills, and final bills as per the work stage.

Requisition of supplies and materials to complete construction projects.

Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.

Direct supervision of works. Interpret and explain plans to administrative staff, workers and clients.

Prepare and submit budget estimates and cost tracking report.

Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.

Develop and implement quality control programs.

Worked for DS MAX PROPERTIES PVT LID in construction of residential from Jully 2018 to Jully 2021 as Site Engineer.

Project Handle:

Project title : 2B+ G+19 apartments in 228 units, 1 Tower 3 Acres.

Location : Thanisanthra Main Road at Bangalore.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Check any rectification of structural and fining work.

Maintain proper labour force to complete the specified departmental work.

Prepare requirements of materials &work out the quantities.

To Checking the quality of all materials received on site.

Check the daily progress reports.

Supervising contracted staff.

Providing technical advice and solving problems on site. WORK EXPERIENCE:

Worked for VARS BUILDERS Pvt Ltd in construction of residential from Jully 2012 to August 2018 as Junior Engineer.

Project title : G+8 Park wood apartments in 420 units 6 Acres.

Location : Bellandur at Bangalore.

Day to day supervisor of ongoing construction works.

Assist J.E in technical checking of the ongoing project work.

Check and control the wastage of material in site.

Site cleaning regularly after the closing of the day work.
