Good Day.

I am experienced In-House Corporate Counsel, and Compliance Director for multi-state company licensed and operating in 27 states. Presently I admitted to The U.S. District Court in of The District of Columbia in Washington DC. And I am member of the Delaware Supreme Court Bar and licensed corporate counsel in Delaware and Registered In-House Counsel in State of New York. I am eligible for In-House Counsel license in Virginia and my native state of California and US states. My law career came after working in business management, compliance, and my business law duties have included risk management, cost reduction with plans to minimize the Company legal exposure in transactions and operations while ensuring its compliance with US laws and regulations in all business matters. So, I use my legal experience to minimize risk and maximize profits for the corporate client. Further savings were achieved by in-house drafting, reviewing and negotiating of all commercial contracts, including sales contracts and proposals, subcontracts, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, plus general corporate law and governance, support business management. In my role, I was overseeing and managing commercial litigation and disputes plus supporting strategic business transactions, including M&A review and integration, partnership agreements, joint venture, sub-contracting and sub-consultancy agreements.

Cost reduction in legal fees and costs was accomplished by careful review with effort to negotiate and draft legal documents related to employment such as employment, independent contractor agreements. Corporate counsel duties include oversight of employment disputes, training materials and conduct training sessions for best practices to avoid time consuming and costly employment law issues. Problem solving has been the core function as I successfully collected over a million of dollars in insurance claims, collected over a million dollars in bad debts, managed outside counsel, strategically planned risk and insurance management to reduce cost and risk, maintained proper contract records. I am experienced in employee misconduct investigation matters. As corporate counsel, I have structured contracts to include arbitration clauses and drastically reduce legal fees.
