My responsibilities while working as a youth care worker were daily paper work which included a log book which I indicate any movements on my unit or any work on my unit also I had to watch tour paper work every five minutes inmates were locked down, room searches and paperwork, I also took inmates to recreation daily for an hour, made sure inmates ate and shower daily and routine sight sound supervision at all time on the inmates mailing sure that you prevent any negative affects in the unit or facility at all times.

During my time working with g4s and with juveniles I learned a lot about how to treat other daily also I learned the ability to control only what I can control while at work and don't take simple things for granted at work because it can be very serious an any point also working with juveniles help me develop more as a man because I had to help younger men with the daily life struggles and problems and also helping my coworkers it help me looks at like and work more seriously.
