Oversee Private Events Coordinator, Service Director, Bar Manager and Executive Chef. Create and operate Food and Beverage Operational Budget. Create Training Manuals, Menus, Daily Specials. Responsible for ordering and maintaining product, supplies and equipment. Work with vendors to create interesting events. Monitor Financial Reports, Payroll and affect change where necessary.
