Develop integrated Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional and Milestones Professional program schedules, ensuring authorized IPT work scope was planned and aligned with the program schedule and budget authorization. Integrate Supplier and Partner schedule commitments into program baselines. Ensure detailed mitigation plans are developed, managed and tied to critical schedule tasks and milestones.

Use Earned Value Management with IPT leaders, Cost Account Managers and Cost Management focal points to create and baseline accurate resource loaded schedules in the CSPR environment. Ensure all BDS EVMS process requirements are followed and integrated into the EVMS baseline in OPP.
