Produce strategic plans, annual budgets and mid-year forecasts for various business units within Finance, Project Management, and Business Operations by use of the bottom-up approach to forecast business strategies for new year

Deliver performance assessments for each internal/external business department to review quarterly and yearly goals for improvement in the coming year

Process monthly revenues and expenses for 2014 analyses with keen focus on risk and opportunity assessment via Ariba 8.2

Project Management

Accountable for the input of new project intelligence and status updates through the Microsoft Project and Sharepoint management systems. Assist Project Manager in the development of reports, peer review of affiliate audit functions and timelines for critical path goals. Revised study schedules via MS Project and Change/SharePoint via Clarity as updates come in the portal for QC purposes

Operate databases to manage investigator binders and other study-related materials to track study medication for subjects

Offer administrative support to managers and study team personnel to run daily activities more smoothly

Acquire latest knowledge of Pharma West systems for new and pre-existing projects to assist in the development and growth of new strategies applied studies, product enhancement and services

Main and track vendors global allocated resources. Management of statements of work/ vendor management/ resource management. Responsible for analytical delivery for partners - MedTech, Vision and Pharma.

Single point of contact for team to support any related questions regarding elements of scope of work (SOW)s.

Tracks all SOWs within Reporting & Analytics for Pharma & HMD. Works with external and internal vendors to resolve any onboarding and offboarding issues.

Tracks vendor resources end dates against current and future SOWs. Assists in providing both weekly and monthly reporting on project(s) highlights. Keep up to date on all TS Engage System upgrades and all engagements for web pricing.

Provide technical skills for best practices with attention to detail with SAP reporting of projects and data QC and analysis.

Operations Management

Safeguard the standardization of contracts, including product and service definitions and pricing models

Generate reports and analyses from projects on behalf of the Finance, Operations Analyst or Project Management Departments, resource and expense management tool to track project progress, RAG rating, time and expense management

Monitor expenses to ensure compliance with budgeting by performing monthly variance analyses

Lead negotiations and write bids for various external contractors and sponsors

Supply the Project Manager with cross-functional reviews, strategies and team initiatives

Accountable for delivery and execution of clinical study materials and guidelines under the Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH)

Suggest recommendations for changes to contracts, budgets, rental agreements, and submit reimbursement requests

Perform research and statistical analysis for studies on applicable laws, regulations and ordinances within constraints of the city, state, and government

Taxation

Prepare tax refunds while representing and specializing in various aspects of tax accounting, such as tax laws pertaining to individual, fiduciary, or partnership income tax preparation which helps coordinate tax strategy while staying compliant with Federal, State, local and foreign tax laws
