● The construction database of Moscow city has been entirely digitized from printed building catalogs (33) issued over the past 22 years. As a result, a significant impact on work for all departments involved in the building sphere of a huge city.

● Prepared Word, Excel, PDF, and XML reports from Oracle EE for various company departments and distribution companies.

● Completely redesigned directory (printed&digital) of building materials prices used in the construction sphere of Moscow city.

● Created VBA macros for automated checking work estimates and matching prices with building catalog and highlighting errors. Increased multitasking in the department (extra freed up 1.5 work hours for other tasks), reducing errors due to human factors (60%).

● Created an automated data-checking form for work estimates (price expertise department) from building contractors and automated generating Word reports

(VBA). As a result, a significant reduction in errors (75%) and minus 2 hours of everyday work of pricing experts.
