My professional experience leads me to manage complex technical and commercial situations. It s usual for me to participate in diverse negotiation roundtables with managers and engineering teams of worldwide key accounts.

My work in the lubricant companies I ve worked with was deeply technical, which was crucial to learn about machineries and their lubrication, as well as my ability to detect failures and their root causes.

My work has been always oriented to the achievement of sales goals. From this perspective I was always evaluated year after year in all companies I worked with.

Another task I m used to perform is lubrication trainings. Almost monthly I m giving some training to customers, sales teams or distributors, as well as conferences. This kind of work trained me to be a fluent communicator and I consider it s one of my skills because it s something I like to do.
