Arrive at 3:30 a.m. shift starts at 4:00 a.m. As a machine operator and the first to arrive, I would gather all materials needed for the shift I would wipe down all materials with disinfectant spray, gather wires that are needed for production . As production begins I would place the cable into the mode of the machine I would dock the time the cable entered the machine along with the cushion. As it molds I then write down the time the cushion ends. I would then yell out "all hands" and then CO workers would come assist in carrying the cable down-the-line to IM3 for the final mold.
