Working with different facilities when shifts are available and offered by

my staff coordinator. My roles were being responsible for daily living for 1984-1988

up to 13 residents which includes bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting,

transfers, ambulation. Taking, recording, and monitoring vital signs.

Demonstrating ADLs for each patient, Preforming direct care to more

acutely ill residents. Also maintaining lines, equipment, and supplies.

Working with 12+ patients, LTC, Acute care and terminal ill patient.

I was responsible for their ADL’s which includes bathing, dressing,

feeding, transfers, ambulation, AROM/ PROM. Including vital signs,

performing, recording, and monitoring. Being a lead C.N.A, overlooking

on other C.N.A staff. Helping to orient and mentor new on coming C.N.A/

NA.
