Managed and executed simultaneously more than 20 projects based on BP’s FEL gate review process for the Small Project Team and Turn-Around Group utilizing best industry practices on design, safety, and quality.

Prepared and managed the projects decision package including cost estimate, schedule, risk registry, resource planning, contract, and vendor selection criteria, and required fit-for-purpose list of technical deliverables.

Monitored and reported the post investment analysis, and monthly management of AFEs for more than $25MM CAPEX and OPEX using SAP, Oracle, and other project control software.
