Assembling scrubber, carbon filters and scrubber fans to tank flange.
Assembling airhorns to tank flange, airhorns are then connected to air compressor, both give proper ventilation.
Connecting scrubber fan to generator.
Testing for H2S to ensure safety.
Prior to entering inside tank, determining whether full face mask respirator or air supply is needed.
Entering inside tank and safely cleaning and monitoring active L.E.L. and benzene levels.
Shoveling and slurrying material up vac hose into vac truck.
Controlling LEL and benzenes levels by limiting agitation of product. If levels are on the incline, control with masking chemical and continue cleaning tank for inspection.

Four Quest Energy – Trans Mountain Pipeline
Cleaning out filter pods daily.
Assembling hoses from water tank to filter pods, then connecting the filter pods to a hose to mid-grade water pump, connecting that to the high-pressure water pump.
Assembling pressure hose to a dump that connects to another pressure hose that connects to a high pressure BJV gun (pipe cleaning nozzle).
Using a lance control to help clean pipeline for inspection – ensuring the pumps are dialed in for pressure before starting up.

Assembling pig head in pipeline for cleaning.
Waiting on welders to weld the testing head to pipeline.
Assembling iron pipe from high pressure water truck to testing heads main valve.
Monitoring, depressurizing high pressure water on testing head and de-pressurizing air pressure on the other end of the pipeline.
Once hydro testing completed, flush the line with high pressure air.
