Prepared the RFP (Request for Proposals) and solicited bids from qualified general contractors. Acted as the liaison between the insurance company and the condominium association. The project was completed on time and within the budget with minimal disruption to the 455-unit owners who were impacted by the reconstruction of their individual units.
