I am a Petroleum Geologist with twenty years exploration, development, and operations experience. Currently, I work under contract for the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as a disaster- recovery public assistance manager. I have managed disaster recovery for small and large cities, municipal utility districts, and school districts.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Thorough understanding of the petroleum system and play fairway analysis including common-risk segment mapping.

Production development in a variety of deposition environments for both conventional and unconventional reservoirs.

Log petrophysical analysis and stratigraphic correlation, and generation of subsurface, attribute, and war maps.

Regional to prospect scale 2D/3D seismic interpretation (14 years using Kingdom Suite).

Coordination with land department, drilling and reservoir engineers to generate detailed pre-drill well prognosis.

Geosteering for lateral and horizontal wellbores, mudlogging, LWD, and MWD.

History of performing technical assessments, prospect screening and property acquisition/divestiture.

Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplined team. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Pilot Catastrophe Services (Mobile, Alabama) 2017 - present In November 2017, I completed training at the Emergency Management Institute in Emmitsburg Maryland. I have been approved for Emergency Operation Deployment and carry a FEMA badge. I have been deployed to manage disaster recovery for Hurricanes Irma, and Maria in Florida, and Hurricane Harvey in Texas. Most recently I was deployed to California to assist the Governor's Office of Emergency Services in recovery from state-wide wildfires. Cabral Advisors, LLC (Houston, Texas) 2015 – present My role as VP Investment Operations is to conduct rigorous analyses of various Alternative Investments. Specifically, Direct Participation Programs (DPPs), and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS). I also objectively compare Variable Annuities, and survey cost-effective Life Insurance policies. Clients are predominantly retirees from the oil and gas industry. In addition, I manage Internet Technology, and the Company website. Midstates Petroleum Company (Houston, Texas) 2012 – 2015 At the outset of employment, I assumed control of a two-rig, deep-drilling operation at Pine Prairie salt dome in Evangeline Parish, LA. Pine Prairie was the flagship asset and contributed the bulk of gross production for Midstates in 2012. Through 2012, I continued development of Pine Prairie and added an additional fourteen PDP locations that established down-dip limit of production on north and west flanks of the dome. In 2013, I utilized full-coverage 3D seismic data to add over ten PUD, and numerous probable and possible locations to inventory. I had responsibility of leading G&G in data room for divestiture of Pine Prairie field to Tana Exploration in 2013. In 2014, I assisted with several asset valuation projects in Midstates Mid-Con asset portfolio including evaluation of Hunton, Woodford Shale, Mississippian Limestone, Douglas and Cleveland sands in the Anadarko Basin. That work was incorporated into a rigorous Midstates Net Asset Valuation effort. El Paso Exploration and Production (Houston, Texas) 2008 – 2012 I conducted a technical evaluation of the Midland Basin Wolfcamp shale that resulted in acquisition of over 123,000 acres of new Permian Basin leasehold. As a result, El Paso gained a strategic position in a new oil shale resource play with appreciable reserve and production potential. I identified initial test-well drilling locations for evaluating resource potential and lateral landing zones in the Wolfcamp and Spraberry formations across the leasehold. I generated highly detailed subsurface and attribute maps to identify 3P locations. I was jointly responsible for a multi-rig development drilling program and drilled over one dozen 2P wells. I compiled all pre-drill prognoses for the land and drilling groups. I performed well operations and was accountable for geosteering oversight and landing the lateral section in horizontal wells. I planned and executed retrieval of conventional cores through the upper and lower Wolfcamp shale and other prospective formations. I outlined detailed requirements for, and coordinated with, multiple laboratories to conduct geochemical and geomechanical rock property studies on core sections. I then incorporated the resulting rock property data into play maps to identify and high-grade prospective drilling areas. David B. Fly, 2

Edge Petroleum (Houston, Texas) 2004 – 2008

Exploration and development in multiple asset areas including Mississippi Interior Salt Basin, South Texas Frio, Vicksburg and Lobo trends, SE New Mexico Permian/Delaware Basins and Arkoma Basin. Work in these areas resulted in the creation of numerous 3P drilling opportunities adding to the company’s reserve and resource potential. Slawson Exploration (Houston, Texas) 2003 – 2004

Exploration and development in Frio and Vicksburg trends of upper Texas gulf coast. I generated geologic structure and isochore maps, and stratigraphic and structural cross-sections. I performed well log correlation, SEG-Y data loading and 3D seismic interpretation. I created PowerPoint montages for presentation at meetings and prospect expos.

Veritas Exploration (Now Magna Operating) (Houston, Texas) 1995 – 2003 Exploration and development in Hackberry, Frio, Vicksburg, and Yegua trends of Texas and Louisiana. I prepared geologic structure maps incorporating geophysical and down-hole data. I prepared stratigraphic and structural cross-sections. I generated well production base maps. I conducted log acquisition, and annotation with scout ticket, geologic and production data to establish working dataset for correlation, field mapping and exploration.
