OBJECTIVES: -

• Seeking a Role as an HSE Advisor in Health & Safety Management system using proven skills of managing, planning, and organizing acquired through varied work experience, for a well reputed and established Business units of National / International scope.

STRENGTHS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Competent, diligent & result oriented Health and Safety Professional with 08 years’ experience in developing HSE Management system, conducting compliance QHSE inspections and audits, advising on HSE requirements, and maintaining sound HSE standards as per Management system guidelines and statutory compliance.

• Competent in conducting risk analysis at the workplace and devising solutions to combat; demonstrated capabilities in facilitating safety awareness sessions and mock- drills to establish and promote safety culture to create an accident-free work environment.

• Competent HSE Trainer preparing and delivering training modules after the analysis of training needs.

• Capable of doing work with HSE rules and regulation and HSE Management system and promote awareness of company health, safety, environment and quality policies and procedures.

• Ensure safety of work procedure, review site safety and audit plans.

• Conduct toolbox talk to all workers prior to start the operation.

• Ensure safety culture by providing safety programs and implementing safety rules.

• Enforce company site safety rules and regulation inside job plant.

• Participate in Near miss, accident investigation at work site.

• Ensure good housekeeping at work site.

• Perform workplace inspection.

• Ensure audit plans, work permit and work at height safety.

• Inspection of fire fighting equipments.

For implementation of Health, Safety and Environment Standards: -

• Risk Assessments and hazard identifications.

• Monitoring of Health, safety and environment systems either working or implemented according to standards.

• Reporting of non-conformities.

• Monitoring of working according to SOP’s.

• Making reports and presentations of inspections.

• Maintaining office documents and records.

• Arrangements of training sessions.

• Enforce company site safety rules and regulations.
